   My same great service is available for your commercial needs as well.

• NEW CONSTRUCTION INSPECTIONS-

  No home is perfect.  Even brand new homes can benefit from being inspected. 

• FHA/VA/HUD FOUNDATION CERTIFICATIONS- 

  I work together with Harrison Engineeering, LLC on Certifications for Foundations on Manufactured homes.  Many loans including HUD, VA and FHA require these Certifications.

• MAINTENANCE INSPECTIONS- 

  An inspection can be an integral part of a good maintenance program on your existing home.  It is recommended to have a trained professional check all of your existing systems every 5 years .

• CONSTRUCTION DRAW/PROGRESS REPORTS- 

  I am available if your construction project requires a progress inspector.  Call for a quote.

   INSURANCE/FIELD INSPECTIONS- 

• I offer my services for the needs of insurance and mortgage companies.

• PRE-LISTING (SELLER) INSPECTIONS-

  Have your home inspected BEFORE you put your home on the market.  Early disclosure will help streamline the real estate process.
